Shubh Matrimonial, Sambalpur, Odisha telephoned frequently for a candidate for my marriage. For that I deposited Rs 2500. Then they shared two profiles with their contact number. This was intimated to Shubh Matrimony but they committed to provide new proposals but didn't provide till now. After registration, they don't even replying call and messages.

Too worst service and experience with him. One of his member Ms Mahi contacted me and share details of someone she knows or fake self made bio data by her only. She had taken someone on conference call with the word that another side is the parents of girl. After that she told me to pay Rs 15500/-. I was not paying the same then she messaged me several times. What's she messaged me will not share here but will produce that also with legal. Now the situation is that after getting payment she neither responding nor providing any suitable bio data. It's my humble request that please don't attend these matrimonial call. It's totally fake

Shubh Milan Matrimony is misusing the data of bride/groom in an inappropriate way.

They are circulating the data to different numbers. They have said they taking the information from various matrimonial site and using it on Shubh Milan Matrimony and circulating the data without the consent of family.

All profile they send in a pdf all are fake profiles.

Hello, I had registered in Shubh matrimonial(Id--SM407990) for my relative Siddhant Singh after giving a registration fees of 3500/-.I was told that one family is interested and they sent us bio data and photograph of girl and told us that they will provide contact number of family after I deposit registration amount. I deposited the amount in July 2022(exact date I can provide) and asked for the number but they stopped picking up my phone and when I tried to call by another number they started talking rudely.Since then they have neither contacted me or sent any other profile.They are fraud and cheated me and many other people.Kindly resolve my problem or I will go to consumer court.

Khushi from Ratlam location of Shubh matrimonial contacted me saying
got my no online for marriage propsals.After taking details and requirements sent me 1 suitable profile with her photos and said will mediate and fix marriage.
She told that she had send my biodata & photo to girl also and they are interested in further contact, and made conference call with girl.
Girl showed interest and Khushi told that both have to pay registration charges of Rs 2500/-. .She started followup and told to pay atleast Rs 1500/- now and balance on getting contact no of girl.She sent me bank details for payment mentioned of shubhmatrimony.com and told bank account in name of shubhmatrimony.com.
A fter paying Rs 1500/- now Khushi says.1500/- was registrtaion chgs only, and have to pay Rs 2500/- more for service activation.
Clear case of cheating and fraud by Shubh matrimony.

I don't know why people are saying such things about this. But this organisation helped me a lot . I found my soulmate from this site. There's a calling executive named Sujata she gave me proper service and gave me a lot of proposals. Thanks a lot shubh matrimonial team

The agency promised to give us the partys number after a payment amount of 2000, after making the payment of 2000:they are asking for more 3000, give us incorrect name on the profile of the girl, when we spoke to the girl on conference call the girl introduced herself with a different name.They shared the photos of the girl but we found out that those are photos of a actress from south, when we share this information with the agency they say it was uploaded by accident.we do not wish to proceed with agency and we want our money 2000 refund which they are now refusing .

This is a fake account as i had raised complaint before. And they replied as i am a fake user/a count doesn't exist? Well i have proof as i have done payment via net banking and my profile name is jyotsna gupta.

After this complaint, i had tried to call them many times, but i didn't get any reply from them. This is very disappointing n ridiculous.

They don't have any rights to cheat on people n declare them as fake. I want my money back (6101)

Firstly they had shared 20-30 all good profile with me and all profile were too good not suitable and you can not say no to any profile. For profile contact, they had told me to pay then they will share contact information related profile.

I was very reluctant to pay the amount. But after seeing lots of profile and their sweet word. I thought to invest some amount in it and i payed 5100/- to them.

I have paid 9000/- for their service to a girl her name was alka meghnani and shailja as owner and now they are not proving service and denying to pay my money back.
They have contacted me over phone. I am not sure how they got my number.

They shared 40-50 all good profile with me. Its like you can not say no to any profile. They tempted me to pay the money.

How this matrimony site fools people-
1.They collect needs of brides and grooms from other popular matrimony site.
2.They take out good profiles whch can tempt the reciepents .(Brides or Grooms looking for)
3.One of the staff member (In my case Reetu Sahu) telephonically contacts and assures to give best profiles .
4.Stolen profiles of brides /grooms are sent by email after taking an amount.
5.As these profiles are stolen they don't provide any whereabouts.
6.They ask for further money .
If someone is caught in this racket, loose money and get fooled.
7.please check reiews for this matrimony site.They have fooled number of people.
PLease expose this nexus.They have taken Rs.2100 and not refunding even after so many reminders.

Shraddha from Shubh matrrimoney was behind me to get enrolled & to provide good service & then when I have paid 8000/- for their service and now they are not providing service and denying to pay my money back.

Shubh Matrimony is not at all reliable for matrimonial service. There is a girl named "Reetu Sahu (reetu dot shubh at gmail dot com)" who steals profiles from Shaadi dot com and Jeevansathi dot com along with the pictures, then form one word file of all these stolen profiles and sends it to you. Most of the pictures are fake. To make you confuse she adds some valid profiles also. As you are already a member of shaadi dot com or such matrimonials, you might have already gone through these valid profiles before, and somewhere you start believing on this girl (reetu). She tries to convince you that she has more similar profiles and for that you have to pay 8500/5000 Rs. Obviously, she will keep on calling you. Once you pay the amount everything gets change. She stops calling you, she wont share any contact details of those fake "amazing" profiles.

I suggest all people should not encourage these services from www dot subhmatrimony dot in. Its just like throwing your own money. They do not give any receipt.


I wish I could have gone through this forum before paying 5K.

Please do not encourage Shubh Matrimony and if possible take an action against them.

Shubh matrimony donot provide good matrimonial service. These people are not trust worthy. They cheat in every one. I have lost 8000/- to them. Bank should close these acount These people shows lots of fake profile. They generally forward your profile to unknown people and thell you to call them. Lot of time it has happened with me. Once you wil call them they might not have seen your profile They have very less credibility in market and service are only verbal. Most of time they will not listen to you also.
