I have ordered a Phillips trimmer on humvyapaar.com on 22th August 2020 and paid required amount of rs 1223.00 via PayUMoney

The order status is still in progress and they are not reachable via Mobile number provided by them on website and I dropped couple of mails regarding order but they didn't respond me yet.

Please resolve my complaint and give me refund.
