[Resolved] Hungama.com — Hungama.com I want to deactivate my hungama play subscription | |
Been trying to deactivate my Hungama Play subscription, but there is nowhere that allows you to cancel the account. It is an automatic renewal and stated upon activation that it can be canceled at any time, but now it is not possible anywhere... It seems this is a Scam or recurring problem with many costumers.

I am notifying my bank to decline / dispute any attempted charges from Hungama. So please do not re-charge my account again tomorrow Oct 22nd. I will await your response. Thank you 🙏

Please do not misunderstand as there is never an intention to cheat/misguide our valuable users.
Kindly note that the user is duly notified when the subscription is on auto renewal and the user has full right to opt out from the renewal before the expiry of the validity and before the plan gets renewed.
To opt out user can reach out to us and can raise a request via call/email.
With regards to your request raised against login id : [protected]@gmail.com, the renewal has been disabled and your plan will remain active till expiry date only : 22-Oct-2020
As the renewal has been disabled now, it will not be auto renewed. Be rest assured.
