    Hey, Hungama play I need my subscription to be cancelled ASAP, this is worse, I can't even find cancel subscription option anywhere in the app, you guys are literally stealing money, from my account, I urge you to take some immediate action as soon as possible

      This is a complain from my small brother that on hungama new shinchan episodes including horror episodes ore not coming on tv and he got bored seeing those old episodes please relese new episodes of shinchan on tv

        Hello sir this a sincere request that the season 1 and 2 which is now played everyday are totaly annoying. So please I request to go for season 3 and above or I think I will unsuscribe the hungama channel. As I am fed up with this day to day same thing.

            Cancel subscription

            I need to cancel my hungama music pro subscription which I bought through mi music. As it deduct 99 rupee per month while I bout an subscription of 499 per year. I mail them also try to contact but each time it show busy on the other side. Please help

                Hungama got subscribe twice by mistake while phone was being used by my kid and amount 120 INR deducted.

                I tried to call on customer care executive but on IVR i came to know services are not available at the moment.

                I would request you to please revert my money back on my amazon pay account. Since we don't use these services and had contacted Hungama within 5 minute of amount deduction.

                We tried to reach out Amazon pay customer team and they informed we need to contact hungama team since payment has already been made.

                  I had subscribed for one month of free subscription in the month of January 2020, and it has now been 10 months and I am still not able to unsubscribe from the app. I contacted my credit card company and they have informed me that they can't disable it from their side. And the Hungama app has no option to unsubscribe in it. There is a monthly debit from my account since this January. This is a fraud app. I tried contacting on their provided number and no one's answering my calls. Please take all possible measures to stop auto-renewal asap. ThankYou.

                  I have requested for the unsubscription of my auto renewal mode and do unsubscribe my current plan aswell. I did not opt for auto renewal option so I do stop it with immediate effect.

                      I have subscribed hungama channel because it is best channel for cartoon.
                      But in GTPL cable when I touch 365 number of hungama channel they show there is not program and when I am at 364 it directly go to 366. I show all channel of GTPL cable TV bit there was not hungama channel. It is my favorite channel please show that channel on GTPL cable TV or all cable TV.

                                Hungama.com I want to deactivate my hungama play subscription

                                Been trying to deactivate my Hungama Play subscription, but there is nowhere that allows you to cancel the account. It is an automatic renewal and stated upon activation that it can be canceled at any time, but now it is not possible anywhere... It seems this is a Scam or recurring problem with many costumers....

                                Actly i won 3 months hungama play subscription code from Flipkart . The coupon when tried to redeem was unable to redeem in the hungama play app as it was mentioned that the coupon isn't valid. After contacting the Flipkart customer service, response came that only hungama customer service could help me. But after contacting hungama service continuously for more than 3 days no one responded me. Not even replied to my mails and after this much one time my call was picked the service team said that we will look up for ur isse and will solve it within 2 days but no response came and the time period is also over . Now again after trying a lot again they said to mail the problem and will respond within 2 days .

                                Same Problem with me, I've a Coupon code for 12 months but it's showing Invalid Coupon this is not used because Error is Invalid Coupon not Already Availed if Coupon was used so why not receiving the Error of Already Availed but it's showing Invalid Coupon already Mailed to Hungama but no response, I received this Coupon from Paytm.
                                Same Problem with me, I've a Coupon code for 12 months but it's showing Invalid Coupon this is not used because Error is Invalid Coupon not Already Availed if Coupon was used so why not receiving the Error of Already Availed but it's showing Invalid Coupon already Mailed to Hungama but no response, I received this Coupon from Paytm.

                                  And my 7 days plan will be auto renewed on 26/10/2020 but I do not want to renew my plan so I requested you to please cancel my auto-renewed subscription.
