Hungerbox — issues with hungerbox

I am working in an it company in bangalore. Issue is till end of oct2018 we use to get food using debit/credit card. But from nov2018 employees are forced to order food only through "hunger box". Issues with this application are like once we order food there is option to cancel and no alternate solution is provided to get food (Basic need). It ordered item is not available we will get refund only after 2 days.

If we want to cancel any order the only way is approach Hungerbox representative and he only have authority to cancel the order placed by any employee. If we asked for alternative they are behaving very rude like "if you want to have food from cafeteria place order through Hungerbox only". We don't have have other option to have food.

they have detected the money twice after a week also the money has not been reverted worst service
They will detect money but won't refund
Labour Audit should happen here as per Bombay Shop Act. Not a employee driven firm. No holiday structure. Leave policy is structured wrong. No Diwali Bonus. No holiday compensation. 14 hours tough job.
I have not received my mobile number OTP on hungerbox
