I am not able to login hungerbox app also not receiving otp on email /phone....

I have ordered food at eat good counter and paid 240rs bill from my debit card to hungerbox counter on 04/12/2019 but the amount was deducted twice and when inquired about it was said that it will be refunded back in a week after failed to get get the refund i have complained at the hungerbox service desk and raised a complaint and provided bank statement to address the issue even after repeated attempts they have not refunded the amount.

Hi im balaji [protected], [protected] working in pvt company not related to hungerbox. Instead the guy from hungerbox (R. Manikandan) [protected] chennai was register mine and my friend's 12 mobile number with simplypay and used credits on our name without our knowledge. And since over 6 months we are getting unnecessary calls and messages from simplepay. And he was giving responsible reply till now. Please take action on him asap.

Noted: by that registration i can't get loan from because of cibil lag.

I am working in an it company in bangalore. Issue is till end of oct2018 we use to get food using debit/credit card. But from nov2018 employees are forced to order food only through "hunger box". Issues with this application are like once we order food there is option to cancel and no alternate solution is provided to get food (Basic need). It ordered item is not available we will get refund only after 2 days....
