I have purchased one shoes from their hush puppies store, which is located Pacific Mall, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad.

When i tried this at home, which was feeling uncomfortable.I have exhanged that product, took new product.

Which was feeling uncomfortable again after trial. Because In store, there is no perfect sales men who can help for better advise, they are just sitting there to sale the product to earn profile or revenue.

Now after 7-10 days, when I contact for exchange, they are saying we will not exchange the products

I just want to exchange the product with another shoes.

Black sandal color is coming out and feets getting black on every use even after 10-12 usage. Now i cannot wear it outside anymore and it is making mess everywhere. Very disappointing. Please refund my money.

Please be informed that I purchased Hush Puppies Men Black Solid Leather shoes from Myntra in December 2021, and the sole had worn out by April. I only use it for office purposes, but the sole had worn off. I'm a great fan of HUSH Puppies, thus I exclusively buy your shoes, however this is a tremendous letdown. Please let me know how I may proceed.

I purchased one hushpuppies shoe formal brown, model no 8244789, UK-7 from the portal of MYNTRA. the heel is pasted and it has started coming out. Don’t feel like going to Bata again . Kindly get it replaced to restore the trust

I am writing this email to you to bring it to your kind notice concerning the uncomfortable and physical pain in my foot after buying HUSH PUPPIES BLACK FORMAL SHOES FOR MEN @ MRP ₹ 9, 999.00 from Vegas Mall Dwarka New Delhi 110078.

I am you're brand loyal and using your shoes for the last 10 years without ant complaint. But this time I purchased these shoes directly from your esteemed store and facing a lot of problems and not able to put them in for more than two hours.

We bought these shoes after getting motivated by the leadership of the highest office of the esteemed organization/manufacturer, but, unfortunately, it was just a myth, nothing else.

We would appreciate it if you could resolve the matter at the earliest and influence me to write a recommendation, not a complaint note. Request you not to force us to adopt a legal course of action.

Your earliest action to resolve the matter and issue us the extended warranty certificate for the next two years from today would be appreciated.

I have purchased shoe from ur store at elante mall chandigarh around 2 yrs back...pictures attached.
The product was sold as an Integrated leather in soul and that soul will come come out as is in most shoes.
But it has withered...

I bought a shoe from hush pappies store in Egypt Mall of Arabia branch on 1 october 20121
On late november 2021 the shoe got a cuti visited the branch on 3rd of December 2021 and after a long negotiations with the very poor customer services and area manager they refused to exchange the shoe and told my that the quality control refused the exchange and they will fix it
I received the shoe after almost 3 weeks from my first visit
After 3 weeks from receiving the shoe the same issue happened again i went to the store on 26 of January 2022 and they insisted to have it fixed again while obviously they don’t have the materials or equipment to get it fixed well

I had bought 2pair of hush puppies shoes of article No: 8546507 & 8546232 on an year back(I always prefer Hush Puppies only for daily usage) in Bangalore. After using the shoes 6to8 times initially, they were unused for 8-9months.Last week I used the shoes again to attend the function, to my horror both shoe holes suddenly cracked at several places and started dropping, I could not believe such a thing happen to a shoe article number: 8546507. But the article No: 8546232 absolutely No Complaint.

My name is sagarkumar patel. I bought hush puppies sandal from Taksh Galaxy Mall's Bata Showroom Vadodara (Ajwa, Waghodia Rd, near L & T Knowledge city, Madhavpura, Vadodara, Gujarat 390019) with worth of 3000 before 1 year but now, It is break in between.
I just ask one question that 3000 rupees item has break into one year and I oftenly used that not wear in daily bases.
Please contact with that show room and...

The chappals costing rs.2500, were in poor shape within first six months.The inner top was torn off & inner white spounge
was visible looking very bad.
By the end of one year, the bottom sole started breaking into pieces from the side stiches. Now it is not wearable.
Such a costly product with such a poor life !!!

I have a pair of the above boots that I purchased a couple of years ago and hardly wore as I found them to be too heavy/clumpy. On deciding to wear them this winter I was distressed to find that after wearing only a couple of times, the heal came off completely - not good as I was driving at the time! The sole is also pulling away from the leather. It appears the rubber on sole/heel has totally degraded. This has only affected one boot which makes it even stranger. I've attached photographs which show this together with one where you can clearly see how little wear there is on the tread showing they've hardly been worn. This can only be a manufacturing problem.

I purchased Hush puppies shoe for 8999 in Mar-2019 from Pune Phoenix Mall. it's shoe sole has become soft and breaking into pieces. Please suggest why it happened and possibility of replacement of sole. Kindly advise on the same.

I purchased Hush puppies shoe for 8999 in Mar-2019 from Pune Phoenix Mall., it's shoe sole has become soft and been worn out and breaking into pieces from the sides.. Kindly suggest why it has happened. Now being reluctant to purchase any product from Hush puppies

On the first day o[censored]se of Hush Puppies, it wore out from the bottom of the shoe sole. It looks like they made the sole out of Polyethylene (plastic), coming out layer by layer. Its material quality is so pathetic that it can't be compared with another shoe maker.
I bought this brand for the first time through Amazon, but my first experience is turning out to be the most thug brand in the shoe industry. They are looting the customer to fill their pocket. Such a pathetic material. How can they produce such a waste product and sell it in the market? How are they portraying a negative image in the market? Just look at the pictures of the worn-out sole of the shoe; no one can believe such a worn-out condition after the first-day use.

I bought a Hush Puppies sandal with article code 864-4970 on 25/11/2019. The cost of the product is Rupees 2999/-. The sole of the sandal is damaged as of now and when I took it to get it repaired they told me its Bata's policy not to repair a product and can only replace it only within 90 days of purchase date. Hush Puppies is sold by Bata in India and after paying close to Rupees 3000/- for a pair of sandal I am unable to use it neither...

It was my first experience to buy hush papies brand and I’m uncomfortable with my left side shoes. Right side shoes are perfect but the left size is so large according to the Standard size of left size.

So, think about me and solve my problem

I have a pair of Hush puppies which I bought many years ago. The soles completely disintegrated on touch, they can be broken like a crumbly biscuit.
I have other shoes of similar age and probably older but their soles are as sound as the day that they were purchased.
My question is, why have the Hush puppie soles not remained solid?

I bought Hush puppies shoes around November 2019, wore it for around 3 months ( not regularly as i have got tiger pair of shoes as well) and they were very comfortable. After that the corona pandemic happened and I was working from home for around 1.5 months and the shoes were not in use. Around may 2020, when I wished to wear them while going office, I found the crack in the sole which really disappointed me as we paid for the quality. I tried to connect to customer care many times through phone but could not complaint. After that I was outstation and was busy so forgot the matter. As Hush puppies always takes care of its customers, I assume this issue will be taken into consideration and I will get the proper solution.
