Today on date 30-03-24 I purchased some footwear’s from factory outlet Bahadurgarh, Haryana. I asked the person on bill to give the bill in my name..but they refused..I asked them that I am paying GST then why can’t get bill in my name..they become rude..I then called the manager .Mr Pankaj Rana name and number written there..but he too refused and become so rude..I asked him to provide me the number o[censored]pper team..he refused and told me to see the number on website..and warned me to do that “ Karle Jo karna hai”..is this the policy of company..Taking bill in may name is my Right if I am paying GST..kindly sort out and take action on them..or I refer the case to income tax department and other legal suite..

    I had purchased 1 school shoes of Relaxo Sparx which is getting damage their upper layer is tear from all around of shoes after complaint they advise to return itself to Relaxo hub after return I got 1 coupon of same amount from Relaxo with condition of expiry date and redeem only in Relaxo websites. After coupon I checked Relaxo sites but sites not working from last 2 weeks like how I redeem my coupon no proper response from Relaxo customer care when can sites working ok so I redeem my amount.

      I'm purchasing my scandle on Goregaon West store in last 5 month it's so bad experience soul is damaged properly and upper side scandle like new what happened with your product can any one answer me from Sprax

        After run 200 meter right leg shoes uper part leather skin remov very badly, what type your company selling this is cheeting, fraud with us

          I had purchased a Sparx shoes on October 26, 2023.

          Details of showroom:

          Retail Shoppe : RS499, KARNAL NEW, SHOP NO. 1, OPPOSITE CANARA
          BANK DAYAL SINGH COLONY, KUNJPURA ROAD HARYANA, 132001

          I wore it first time on 27 October 2023 and within next day i.e. 28 October 2023 the shoe cut my ankle so badly that it was un-wearable .
          I felt the problem on the first day itself but I thought it’s a new shoe and it might take some time to adjust. But the very next day, it was literally un-wearable. I went to the relaxo showroom, straight from the office, after office hours and asked what will be done with it with receipt and l met the manager and explained him the situation . He said in crisp and concise words that nothing will be done. He said these words with some ATTITUDE and behaved as if I made a mistake buying shoes from relaxo and he has no liabilities towards this.

          I just want to know have I really made a mistake buying shoes from relaxo or not. I actually felt very bad that I was treated like that.
          What I also found in this whole episode that

          1. Manager did not have any knowledge related to shoes. So he could not understand the problem with the shoe .

          2. Manager had plenty of attitude and ego which is very bad for the company as such. While dealing with the customers, people should drop their egos and try to understand and help the customer.

          3. Firstly there was the problem with the shoe, on top of that the manager behaved so badly that it spoiled my shopping experience and I would curse the company forever, until it gets corrected and tell everybody in my friend, family, acquaintances, colleagues circle about bad experience of mine with the company.

          Kindly let me know what will be done as soon as possible.

              Refund Not Processed for 2 return items

              I would like to lodge a complaint regarding my recent return of two pairs of shoes due to a size issue. According to Relaxo Footwear's customer care, they received the returned items at their warehouse by August 20, 2023. I was informed that it would take 15 days for the processing of my refund, totaling 540/- and 495/-, which should have been completed by September 15, 2023. Unfortunately, as of today, I have not received my refund.

                It’s been 4 months that I have returned the order that was placed online. I haven’t got my refund. The customer care executives are goofing up and on email no one responds. Kindly help me get my money back.

                    I have ordered from Relaxo Footwear official website and returned two items (Slippers for women PUL 138 - size 6 and 7) due to size/fit issue. I have paid via Paytm wallet for instant refund. (as mentioned on Relaxo's return/refund policy). Its already reached at Relaxo's warehouse but i haven't received my refund yet.

                    Order date- 21 June, 2023 at 12:35am
                    Order received- 28 June, 2023
                    Order picked up for return - 30 June, 2023
                    Order returned at Relaxo's warehouse - 7 July, 2023
                    Order amount- ₹1009
                    Amount to be refunded - ₹720

                    On July 20th they refunded me half of the amount and when i contacted them the next day they told me that i will recieve my remaining amount after few days.
                    Its been almost 50 days and still they have not refunded. They only say sorry for the delay and we have sent your request further but still nothing happened yet. I have already submitted a complaint here but no further action is taken yet.
                    Please help me out.

                      I have ordered Running shoes for men SM 782 from relaxo website on July 11th 2023
                      Order no -[protected]
                      Order amount was rupees 1538 rupees.
                      I paid 1049 rupee using relaxo credit
                      And rest amount was cod 489 rupee

                      But due to price issue related reason i didnt accept my product and delivery firm cancelled product from their side.
                      And it was successfully delivered to relaxo on 18th july.
                      Its been 15 days Since then there is no update on my refund status of my relaxo credit which i used for my order.
                      Please process my refund as soon as possible.
                      and also send some reply.

                            Instead of helping me out now one of the head who manages the refund disconnected my call for no reason. Its a shame for a company like Relaxo to hire such arrogant people who thinks i am the one who owe her. I am asking for the refund of my money, instead of helping me out she just disconnected and now not even picking the call.

                                    मैंने relaxo के showroom से एक स्लीपर relaxo Bahamas लिया जिसको use किये एक सप्ताह भी नही हुआ और sole इतना पतला हो गया जैसे की एक साल से पहन रहा हु। shop वाले ने कहा की चप्पल की कोई gauranty नही होती है। लेकिन इतनी बड़ी company का इतना घटिया प्रोडक्ट नही होना चाहिए।
                                    बहुत खराब स्लीपर निकल गया। ऐसी उम्मीद नही थी relaxo company से बहुत ही खराब चप्पल है।
                                    कृपया कर के मेरी समस्या का समाधान किया जाय। वरना मैं आज के बाद relaxo company का कोई भी प्रोडक्ट नही perchage करूँगा। please resolve early
