Very bad experience with Strollay. I asked for a customized stitching for a Lehenga Choli and the product shipped with 3.5" more than the length we asked. Due to heavy embroidery at the bottom, we couldn't do any alteration. The Choli was supposed to have a Dori attached to the back on either side and they never added that, when contacted the concerned person said, "for advertising purpose companies put many stuff on their picture and we don’t provide that". I asked for some refund for the mistakes they did and the gentleman refused to give that rather he said he can give me coupon instead. Well I don’t plan to buy anything from this cheating online firm in the future why should I care for a coupon?? This was ordered for a wedding ended up buying another one from other site. I lost valuable time and money, . Don't trust this company. If they treat outside customers like this then my advise is stay away from this firm.

Dear Customer, please note its clearly mentioned on our Website that there is no refund for customised stitching. Secondly, there are few designs in which we cannot do alterations in the length and width of the Product - because doing that would make the design look less pretty than it looks on the website. We already informed you and it's also mentioned that there are few items which are just the part of the photo shoots like jewellery and few other accessory and they are never the part of the Product that you Order. Still we agreed to give you some credit as a part of the gesture.

    Taken money and said that item is ready to dispatch and after 35 days they said item is not available or not in stock. These guys are totally unprofessional and harassed me a lot. Inspite of calling Director Mr. Rahul, he did not solve any query and said that he will see, but no action has been taken from his side. Please block this website and their business. At the time of payment they say that item is ready to dispatch but after 35-40 days they say that you have to cancels this item. I have purchased 5 items from them

This customer is not a registered buyer on Strollay.com This customer is a B2B buyer with our company, he runs his own portal, this customer has never placed an order online at www.strollay.com This customer buy regularly from our Wholesale Team, in which the delivery time is clearly stated to them before buying. Also as per as the complain stated, buyer has never bought 5 items online. This case is purely a defaming case against our company, as buyer has never bought any items online and just defaming the brand which is doing really great across the Indian Buyers Worldwide. Being such a reputed Consumer Forum in India, I would request the Forum moderator to kindly screen the user post, so that they just do not defame any brand like this.
