Drainage overflow in customer premises. Block is in the drainage on the main road which backs up all the drainage into my house. The drainage line on the main road is 4inches and keeps clogging every now and then. Multiple complaints to area hmws&sb has not resulted in any action. This has been a constant problem and nobody seems to care to fix the issue. CAN#:[protected].

I have seen many a times water leaking in large amounts from water tank near to bus stop in turkapally.some times water overflows from it. I am observing it everyday. And also there were no handles for some taps to stop draining of water in the same area nearby
Please rectify the problem to save the water.
