Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Hmwssb] — I ' m complaint about drainage cleaning vehicles are blocked the way since 2.5 weeks.

I 'm the resident of Prashant nagar, Langar House. My complaint is that Drainage cleaning work is on-going since long time (3 weeks) and roads are blocked due to drainage cleaning vehicles (please see attached photos). They simply kept the vehicles without doing any work for long time.
Its very difficult to walk by senior citizens, Any emergency vehicles are unable to reach location on time. Could please take some action on it. here workers wont respond properly. Thank you very much.
