My drainage is overflowing since 09/05/2019 thursday at 6.00 a. M. I have been making calls to hmws&sb telephone number 155313 the number on which citizens are asked to register their grievances or complaints, since yesterday the customer service executives are not picking up my call. The overflowing drainage is causing bad smell and poses a health hazard to me my family and the neighbors. I earnestly request the concerned authorities to take note of my plight and send the sewerage department workers to clean up the choked drainage of my house at the earliest. Thank you.
