I am facing an issue while trying to link/register my property with HMWSSB using my Property Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
The PTIN was recently issued by GHMC approximately one month ago and the PTIN is correct and valid in the GHMC property tax records. However, when I enter the same PTIN in the HMWSSB portal, the system displays an error stating that the PTIN is "Invalid".
Since the PTIN has already been officially generated and is available in the GHMC records, I request HMWSSB to kindly verify the PTIN in its database and resolve the linking/validation issue.
I request you to:
1. Verify the PTIN against the GHMC property tax records.
2. Check whether the newly generated PTIN has been received/synchronized in the HMWSSB system.
3. Correct/update the HMWSSB database if required.
4. Enable the PTIN to be successfully linked/validated in the HMWSSB portal.
5. Confirm once the issue has been resolved so that I can proceed with the required HMWSSB service.
This appears to be a system/database validation or linking issue, as the PTIN itself is valid and was issued recently by the concerned authority.
I request HMWSSB to resolve this issue at the earliest, as I am unable to proceed with the required service solely because the portal is rejecting the valid PTIN.
