Rain water is stopping/not flowing in front of my house, this is happening from last one year due to concrete road was down.

While laying the concrete road, they have not down properly to flow the rain water and it is stopping in front of my house and becoming a pool of water

It is making to very difficult for people to walk on the road. Address:
