I regret to inform you that there isnt any pressure when manjeera water is sent to us, whist every other building the force is good. As a result when we try to fill the tank not even half the tank is filled where it actually must be filled to brim. We have already lodged a complaint a week back but with no effect. The customer care told us that they would rectify it in 3 days but we got a message that it had been rectified. This is causing too much trouble for the tenants due to lack of water. I urge that it would be taken seriously and hope we find a solution for our problems.

Updated by SREEJA BHOGADI Probably the customer care just bluffed us that they would solve the problem but simply sent us a message that it was rectified when in actual nothing had been done .
I hope that this will be solved at the earliest.

There is no water supply since 7 days. This always a problem in this area we are trying to different people no body is helping no lineman is responding.
