Hyderabad Mmts Local Train — Daily Delays

I am standing at uppuguda railway station since 6 pm, informed train will come at 6:45, and when asked again for delay, got information that train will come by 7:30. Not sure why delay, even mmts available at falaknuma station. This is repeatedly happening.
