I have done the payment but ticket is not booked and not reflected in uts app...

Mmts always late. They are never ontime over and above this is not 10 /20 min late it's 1 hr or 1.3ohr late. For what railways is running MMts when it can't cattery to the needs of daily commuting people. Recently they started Medchal - SECUNDERABAD mmts service ... first only 3/4 services one side. Never on time as usual. No one can depend on this - one side it's odd timings other side ever late. Have a dedicated line for mmts & maintain...

I am standing at uppuguda railway station since 6 pm, informed train will come at 6:45, and when asked again for delay, got information that train will come by 7:30. Not sure why delay, even mmts available at falaknuma station. This is repeatedly happening...

Waste mmts daily delay from Hyderabad to mechal actual from Hyderabad it started at 2:00pm and it was started at 5pm still now not reached secunderabad what is the use of putting mmts train cancel all the mmts we don't want...

The mmts train services from falaknuma to lingampally and lingampally to falaknuma are extremely extremely devastating and late. the trains are cancelled without prior notice and now new changed schedules are not maintained at all. the train from secunderabad to falaknuma is late by 1 hour 1 hour 45mins since 3 days.
when compalimed about the same no action is taken....

Everyday iam complaining about late arrival of Hyderabad mmts local train in mrng time, 3 falaknuma only 1 Hyderabad, every day we are getting late....

Every day we are getting late to office, school and college and for work, this is how govt serving to public. Still in India poor ppl or middle class ppl are living, who have to survive on the daily bases, every day iam complaining reg this, but no use...

Everyday hyderabad mmts train arrived late, 6:50am was 1st train in thr mrng, there is no hyd train before that, that one will no arrive on, any company, school college, will excuse 3 times for late, not everyday, y don't u pple understand that....

This govt wont b change, they don't the value of time, every day mmts trains will b late falaknuma and Nampally. Every day we are getting late to Office, school, college and for work. They paste Time table on the wall of ticket counter... But in there life it didn't came on time. Don't know why, but passanger train arrives timely. Bcz they need to go office, school, college, and for work... Mmts ppl go for roaming, for enjoying, and for time...

Actual train time 6:40 pm, sitafalmandi. But train arrive at 8:45 pm, daily it's going to late. Please follow timings propertly, and also please resolve my issue....

Sir, every day hyd nampally train will b late lots of ppl waiting, school students, college students, office employees, house workers... No other early train other than 6:50am, that tooo also no time, students missing there early mrng class, employees missing there login hours, due u ppl have any idea how much we are suffering, falaknuma train will on time at any cost, wt is the use of passanger train. Is the passanger missing there classes,...

There is no timetable maintained by MMTS service. It is never on time..
Unnecessary stopping in between..
Because of this people reaching destination late..
People are missing there trains.
No maintenance of MMTS railway station..
Railways doesn't encourage people for local train and MMTS people are forced to go for private transport because o[censored]nprofessional behaviour of railways..

This is the worst train service I have ever seen. There has been more than an hour's delay. I have never seen this level of irresponsibility....

Today ( 25th May 2022), trains moving from borabanda to kachiguda has made the journey of 2 hours( which can be covered in 45 minutes usually) without prior intimation . Due to this, passenger has missed the inter-city train. Now the passenger has to take a bus journey which is economically effected the passenger. Hope this can be taken to the notice of higher ups and give a valid response. Even if mmts trains has to delay or canceled how...
