So i bought the new airpods pro from flipkart sale on 7th of may 2023 .
As an apple product i was very sure it would be great .. as apple covers the warranty of the product from the date of purchase to a full year.
Upon getting the product i got to know it was already used .. as the date of purchase of my airpods was showing September 21 2022 i.e. last year .
So many months wasted of my warranty.
The product itself was fine yet i was scammed of my warranty period .
Upon checking with apple support they told me to contact the seller as they were unable to update my purchase date .
This fraud company “ Hydtelretailssales ” scammers won’t even provide me the invoice copy at first attempt and at the second attempt they provided me with a defected invoice as apple is not able to identify that invoice .
PLEASE DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS SELLER ! Beware !
