I had purchased an iWatch from Flipkart on 10 January 2023 and was expecting to receive a genuine product. However, upon receiving it, I was shocked to know that it was a fake product. The watch I received looks nothing like an Apple iWatch. It has the same design as an iWatch but the quality of the material used is very poor. Moreover, the functions of the watch are not same as iWatch.

I order Motorola QLED 55' TV from flipkart from Hydtelretailssales. I received faulty TV (informed by Technician). I requested replacement for that then i received new TV as well but while the delivery boy came with new TV and to pick old TV. He observed TV serial number is different in old TV. so he refused to replace and took back the new TV. So now i dont what should i do with this TV. It's already 25 days completed and i didnt have proper TV.

I have ordered my Apple Iphone 11 on 22 september 2022. It should be delivered by 23 september . Its 3 october and still my product is not even shipped. Flipkart is just extending the date and not providing any solution.

I have ordered puma shoes from flipkart worth 3000 but received different size now i want to return but they're rejecting my request again and again

In flipkart I ordered TV on 14/06/2022.
Now its 10/07/2022.

Amount not refund... And flipkart is not responding

I ordered Apple Watch SE on Flipkart and the seller of it is HydtelRETAILSsales. On 7th June 2022 received the product and found that the Watch size is 40mm and the band size is 41mm, which doesn’t fit. So I raised a complain on Flipkart and after 12 days they said your complain is rejected. Neither they are replacing or returning the product.

I ordered a homepod mini from flipkart and this company was seller and when I opened my ordered box there was a empty box of airpods pro with nothing and 1 micromax keypad mobile empty box and a upper cover of samsung j2 box my money was wasted but if flipkart or this company can’t resolve my i will go to consumer court and fight for my rights

Ordered Mi tv on 17th feb & it was delivered on 19th feb.
I am not comfortable with the Sound quality .
Within 4-5 days i had been raised a request for the return process. I didn't got any call back or visit from any of the technicians.
then, how come the SELLER & flipkart reject my return request ??
Tried 4 times of call on flipkart side & not getting the proper response.
The worst customer service i am facing in flipkart. Not getting the perfect solution for this.
SINCE, I AM NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THE SOUND QUALITY & No quick response from your side, I NEED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT immediately.
Kindly do the needful & Expecting the proper response.

I have recieved a junk product with completely damaged and complelety different from what was ordered.
From 1st of January I'm raising return request with Flipkart & it keep on rejecting 5th time besides I have provided my ID proof. I'm completely mad & frustrated by the service from seller as well as Flipkart.
I want my refund as soon as possible or else I will file a Chargeback again bank and also I will file a consumer complaint against seller for fraudulent with video proof which is I made before opening the product.
Resolve my issue as soon as possible.
