[Resolved] Hypercity — gift card issue

I am not able to use these gift cards in hypercity store hyderabad. I just bought these cards in the month of jan. Store people said that these cards are already expired. I raised complaint and did follow up calls and emails twice a week but hypercity customer service is least bothered in solving the customer problems. Please resolve my isssue because it is very high amount i purchased this gift card.

Updated by premkharge I have already called your customer service centre for more than 50 times in last 3months. Who ever taken my call informed that to wait. I have been waiting for 8months..I can't wait more.. Give back my amount back (3000) or issue new gift cards.
