I have placed an order on aug 29th after looking at the full page ad in times of india, considering it may be legitimate app since being advertised by times of india (Renowned newspaper).
They have shared all the order details through email and confirmed that order will be delivered by sep 9th. But in between, they messaged and told all the orders are being cancelled and the money will be refunded by sep 10.
Even after providing all the bank details along with order details for the refunded, haven't heard back from them. Though, in between they are sending messages that refund will be initiated by today. And yesterday, i received another email saying please request for the refund to [protected]@payu.in or [protected]@payu.in
They have provided whatsapp number as +91-[protected], on which they have responded multiple times, but nothing related to refund initiation.
