Hypermarketkart — placed order but not received and they are not refunding money

Placed order on 12 sep but not received and they are not refunding money also.

Can someone please help, all there phone nos are switch off and they are not responding on mails even.

Tried calling them so many times and sent mails many times, also sent mails to payu team even payu team is also not replying at all.

If some one got any reply from them
