I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent purchase of Pintola peanut butter from your platform. While the outer packaging appeared to be from the original product, I was extremely dissatisfied when I opened it. The peanut butter was excessively oily and seemed adulterated, likely with something added to increase its quantity. The product I received is not consumable and does not meet the quality standards I expected.
Additionally, I have attempted to reach out to customer care, but I have not received any response, which has added to my frustration.
