I had placed an order with HyugaLife for a box of multivitamins containing 90 tablets.

To my shock, I received only 6 tablets (2 strips) in the box instead of 90. I have been trying to contact their customer care since morning, but no one is picking up the call. Their automated system only asks to wait without any real support.

I also sent an email and received an automatic acknowledgment (Ticket No:[protected], but there has been no actual resolution.

This is very unprofessional and misleading. I am requesting immediate resolution — either send me the full product or issue a full refund. If not resolved, I will escalate further.
