I bought one 32 inch led of Hyundai in 01/04/2014 sl. No. 3l[protected], I am facing problem of starting tv by remote where I have checked remote is ok even by hend operation of tv takes longer time .

I bought a Hyundai LED color TV.
I would like to turn off the blue screen that keeps appearing while switching channels.
There is the option to do that in the options menu. However the blue screen keeps appearing when i switch channels.
Any idea how to fix this?
