Unsteady apps

First, I couldn't get an app (an online entertainment platform called Hoi Choi) that I download from Google Play to stay in All Apps. It would keep disappearing. That's not a particularly "smart" thing to do for a Smart TV. Hundai people installed some sort of a new software that has helped the app to stay but every time I try to access it, I am asked if I want to uninstall the app. I have to cancel multiple times before the platform can...

        Not proper service and such a bad worst quality t.v

        Hello,
        I ordered 50 inch TV after 2 month the vertical lines are display on screen, then by continuing calling and after lot of requests the panel get changed and within 4 days the colour adjustments is so worst not displaying a natural view on that...and after a lots of call but I do not getting proper service...

            I purchased a hundai tv from "the ananda" benachity, durgapur on 14.4.2019. But last month it is not functioning well. The engg. Of your company visited and told me the board is damaged. Accordingly he told me that within 07 days after the board will be given. But till date i have not received any tv board. Kindly take this matter in urgent basis. I am facing huge problem.

              Our hyundai tv covers 5 years warranty and met with technical issue that only audio is coming from tv but video is not working. I have tried calling all the possible numbers for service/complaints but not a single phone number is working.                 My LED TV was not working. I purchase at 16/12/2015.I registered a complaint to your call center at 20 June 2019 .Then your technician came and told us that the problem is in panel and it change after four -five working days . But till your screen is not coming so I today I again contact to your call center but they told me that they by mistake take my complaint, they only registered complaint after august 2018 purchase and provide me a number which is switch off .In that fault you wastage my ten days. My product is in warranty period.Then where I registered my complaint. Why you are not provide any information on your website .First you provide us the phone number which is belong to Videocon Company. They are not registered any complaint of your company and your call center is not taking any complaint of product purchasing after august 2018.As a customer you told me that what can I do ? Please do something.

                  but the fitting service came to my house next day and said that the wall mount clump is not found.
                  he send a missingparts messege and return.

                  Till now nobody... the Seller and the Service center is co-operate with me.
                  I still waighting for service but nobody help me anywhere.

                  Now If you get the customer support and solve the prob. otherwise I will return the product to the seller !!!
                  and complain to the consumer forum.

                      i have purchased 42 inch hyundai tv, its just crossed one year, i have complaint for the product, as this is the second time, the images in tv appears split, we are unable to watch the tv

                      pls resolve at the earliest, we have registered compalinr from dealer end, wherein iwas (mum[protected]), and given me technician name and mobile no.The dearl has given me 1+4 year warrnty, and the technician who called, told me that the tv is out of warranty, and the will charge rs1290/- for vist

                            I bought a Hyundai LCD from NEXT retail center in Kanpur in Oct'14. In less than a year my TV screen has gone blank. I registered a complaint 15 days ago with ref no LUC[protected]. Since then I have been daily chaising the Service Engineer and I am been given an excuse for non-availability of parts. Today I am told that the TV will be replaced and he is coming to Pick up the TV. Upon asking when it will be replaced, I am told that it may take 15-20 days. The service engineer refused to give me the service Centre's head Telephone No. The Service centre no. that was given thru SMS when I lodged the complaint is constantly coming switched oFF

                              I bought a Hyundai LED color TV.
                              I would like to turn off the blue screen that keeps appearing while switching channels.
                              There is the option to do that in the options menu. However the blue screen keeps appearing when i switch channels.

                              Any idea how to fix this?

                                            I did purchased a Hyundai I22 LCD TV last year on August 28 2012, My Tv suddenly stopped working and I can hear the audio but cannot see the video. I raised a complaint and Hyundai service technician visited my place after 10 dyas and the warranty is already over by one month. He checked and says I have to replace the front lCD panel which will cost around INR[protected] where as TV is costing around INR 8, 500. This companies service is ridiculous and I cannot understand how it can happen only in one year.

                                                TV spare parts not available in Market

                                                My Hyundai TV which had been purchase in July 2007 in right now not in a working stage. We have lodged complaints with Videocon Service Care. Complaint lodged on 15/07/09 was transferred to the supervisor name Mr.Anshar Khan who had been very arrogant & abusive in speaking over the telephone.
