One of our team member continuously chasing up regarding technical error on i-kall 600 purchased before 20 days from amazon. but not received any response on the same.

Charger is also broken of the phone.

On Phone also they are not responding properly.

please suggest as this phone we are using for commercial purpose and due to this problem our operation suffers a lot
