I purchased I KALL K2+ mobile through Amazon.in a couple of weeks back - the phone has been extremely slow and hangs most of the time. The charger has not been working from the time it was delivered to us. I see that the phone has one year warranty - replace the phone or refund the money as the phone is not in useable condition. I remind earlier complaint. I could not attach the bill as photo of the bill size exceeds 2mb. My mobile no is [protected]. I request you to take back the mobile and refund the amount since the mobile is not at all booting.
I refer my complaint dt. 11.11.2020. I purchased I KALL K2+ mobile through Amazon.in. Invoice no. IN100020 dt. 22.10.2020. The phone has been extremely slow and hangs most of the time. The charger has not been working from the time it was delivered to us. Now the phone is not at all opening. I see that the phone has one year warranty. I requested you to replace the phone or refund the money as the phone is not in useable condition. I sent you reminders on 11.11.2020 and 17.11.2020. But there is no reply from your side except the acknowledgement for the complaint. My mobile no [protected]. Please resolve the problem immediately.
