I M Complaining About That I Had Not Got Refund Of Train Cancellation By Railways — i didn't get refund on cancellation of train by railway

I have booked 3 tickets of ac-3 coach of train no. 14217 of date 16.03.18 from phapund to delhi from phapund railway station booking window. the amount was paid by credit card. the train was cancelled by railways ministry on this date so i cancelled the ticket pnr no.[protected] at phapund railway station booking window. but amount rs 1815 was not refund in my account and untill now it is not refund. so i request you to refund amount in my account.
