[Resolved]  I Network — their force me to paid penalty for cancel agreement

They first call me and say they are provided captcha which is 10000 will complete within 10 days with 90% accuracy. I will complete 3000 with 95% accuracy and they send me 2931 captcha total and correct 1731 and they tell me fine 5000 you to pay as per agreement which is soft copy they will send. Please help me from this. There no is [protected]. When i say that i am cancel the agreement they told me paid penalty of rs 5000 or company take legal action their blackmailing me.
