I.O.B — Deduction amount from s.b.account.

Dear sir,
I am having s. b. accounts in i. o. b and s. b. i. on tiruchirappalli, tamil nadu.
Both bank accounts, i am having cheque book facilities.
But, if i haven't minimum (less than rs. 1000) balance, in i. o. b., they deduct
More than rs, 50/.in last month they deduct 3 days continuesly and after 2 days again deduct for 2 times without giving reason. i don't know why?
At the same time in s. b. i. they never done. both banks are undertaking by government of india, under control through reserve bank of india.
I want to know which bank is doing or obey the r. b. i. rules and regulation.
Not i am only, lot of public customers affected.
