I10 Earpods — received defective earpods

I ordered i10 earpods from its website. I received defective ones. We are contacting the company since 2 days and there is no response. The return policy is only for 3 days. I want to return my order. Please take an action against this fraud company as they have been fooling the consumers and not giving any contact numbers nor replying to the queries we are sending them.

I10 Earpods - defective product received - they didn't even replying, on emails neither replacing nor refunding my product 
I10 Earpods - regarding order & invoice no - iep29766, 31.03.19, material receipt in damaged condition
