[Resolved] I10 Earpods — not working earpods | |||
Hello good morning the company name i 10 ear pods (Life cube) is a fake company which gives fake advertisement of apple ear pods at least prices. And i have ordered it from instagram. As i was into a discussion with my friend he told me about instagram instagram is not a licensed page it was a big mistake from my side so please help me with my problem and my refund that money into my bank account, i have ordered i 10 ear pods but i received i7 ear pods earpods colour was red but i received white colour and it was a used good please understand my problem and help me out with it. And with the help of indian post i have returned the product to the office at 13th of march 2019 and the product was delivered at 17th of march 2019 means yesterday i had no reply from the company and i have messaged them on facebook (Messenger) and also at gmail i had made 20 messages to them but there was no reply given to me so please help me out with it consumer complaints.in hope you have understood my problems and you can solve my issue. Mar 19, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved The company has called me yesterday at 2:30 PM but the executive was rough saying that you can call me after 5:30 pm and And I have called at 5:45 pm yesterday but they didn’t respond My problem was not resolved there was no mail sent to me I’m calling the company right now but But the phone is being switched off so please take an action and please resolve my issue the parcel was delivered on 17th of March 2019 at sector 38 Gurgaon Haryana with the help of Indian post Mar 19, 2019 Updated by Shaktikjmar I have literally called them 13 times in this 30 hours of my time But no one responded Mar 20, 2019 Updated by Shaktikjmar I am fed up of this company no one is attending my callyaar teen din se yah company ko call karte hi jaa raha hoon karte ya raha hoon maa koi phone uthane ko Ready hai maine ek Executive se baat kiya to vo bol rahe the ki ye syndicate bank unko pata nahin syndicate bank ek nationaled bank hai mera account syndicate bank mein hain to company mujhe doosre bank mein transfer karne ke liye bol rahe the ye kya baat ho gaya sir 3 din se inke peeche aaun lekin abhi tak mere paise nahin aaye account mein aur inko kal shaam se 18 call kar diya  | |||

I contacted the company to return but it did not respond i got a damanged and diffrent color product
