I10 Earpods — received wrong items

I ordered a i10 earpods red colour from i 10 earpods.com. Instead of i10 earpods i received a i7 earpods white colour which is not working properly and are of very bad material. This product is not working properly and have very bad sound quality now i tried to contact them but they are not responding. My order no is #iep28868. I made purchase on 27 march
