I10 Earpods - White — i10 earpods - white not work

I purchased earpods from i10 earpods order id#iep52982.
When i received the product, i found them defective. The product copy product is not i10 earpods original.
I complained the same on mail but i didn't get any answer from them neither they mention any contact number to call them.
