I10 Earpods — wrong product delivered

I purchased earpods from i10 earpods order id#IEP14139.
When i received the product, it was i7s earpods totally wrong.
I complained the same on mail but i didn't get any answer from them neither they mention any contact number to call them.

It's totally fraud Company!! I complained on Customer care mail id or info id. Neither am getting any refund or replace from their side.
