Dear Sir / Madam,

I have completed my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from IASE University through its study centre at Gurgaon in 2008. My native place is Kerala and I was working there during the period. Unfortunately and unexpectedly I shifted back to my native place from Guragon. I have successfully completed all my exams and received my Mark sheets of each semester. Last semester mark sheet was collected my brother and that too after a long struggle to find the change in address of study centre and contact numbers changed by study centre persons.From then I couldn't make my travel to Rajasthan or Guragon for collecting the original document. I tried to contact them through Phone many times. But nobody taken care my request and still I didn't have my original Certificate with me. From 2009 onwards I am working in my state and luckily I got job opportunities based on my work experience only. Now I received an abroad offer and for this contract I need the original diploma certificate. Even today also I tried to call the university in the website showing toll free number[protected]. The number itself is not in use. And I have seen so many negative reports about the university in the internet. Even before logging my complaint in this form, Many students registered complaints same like me. I need the original certificate as soon as possible to proceed the Job Visa to UAE. I request the concerned authority to look in to the matter and resolve my concern at the earliest

Sir/Madam, I have applied online in 2018 for my M.A. provisional certificate and degree certificate. I have received
my provisional certificate but till date I have not received my M.A. degree .As the Delhi office instruction Dwarka, I have paid 5000rs through demand draft

I applied for a degree fro university on[protected] and self attested documents also online payment of rupees 5072/- also done, but am waiting for the degree i called on your university landline no's [protected], [protected], [protected] all the no;s shows not exist.

If i called on mobile no [protected] always shows switch off

If i called on mobile no [protected] ringing but person never picked up the calls multiple time i tried but no response

Very surprise to say, also i checked on line there is also no updation, also called on your delhi office [protected] he is also don't know the status.

Request to you please confirm who is the right person and helpful in university for confirmation regarding my degree and how much time it will take it is not written in anywhere that how much time to get my degree at my home address which documents already courier to university

Very surprise that i applied my mba degree from swami vivekanand su bharti university on same day and same i received but from iase currently am mailing and calling for knowing just for status

Also very surprise to say when multiple times i called on university contact no's which is visible on university website people not having time to attend the call and provide real time update because the person who is calling is not closer to university because he is sitting above 1000kms from university

Again am requesting i urgently need my degree please try to understand and please help

I had applied for degree certificate 1year months ago and despite paying fee in advance and continous follow up with university, i didn't get my degree certificate for graduation till now. Now one bother to reply on mails or phones and even grievance cell is pathetic. I logged compliant there also but apart from a compliant number, didn't get anything neither any plausible answer not degree. I have applied for my degree certificate 3 months ago, but i have still not received my degree certificate.
When i call the university phone no. They just tell me to call in other departments. I also have emailed my query on iase website, but they dont resolve the query they reply us about calling again.

This university has ruined my life.

I am attili. Srinivasarao. I completed my bcom in june 2004. I had received 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year marks cards. But i did't got my provisional certificate til now.. My roll no is 568104 and my enrollment no is iasedu/de/04/22481. And send me originals as possible earlier. If possible pls send me a duplicate copy to my mail. I paid total fee earlier.

I have applied for my b. Sc it degree, i paid 11, 000 via net banking but technical team from delhi office told me to send demand draft rather than online payment. So, send a dd of 11, 000 again to the registrar on 30th oct 2018.
Now, when i follow up with the degree department ([protected]) they said we cannot provide you the degree. I have called them since 20 days, almost everyday but no one is ready to give me clear idea why or they just keeps on saying talk to whomever you want but don't mention my name. Such a irresponsible people working in the department. I have recently been offered a job in dubai and due to delay in this degree i may lost my job & career. I am really looking for a breakthrough. I have almost 15 contact numbers till now but no one answer. If someone got the mobile number of higher management please email me at kanchan. [protected]@gmail.com. I am running out of time and these people are playing dram with the future & career of there students.

But till now i had not received my certificate. When i do phone calls to given phone numbers in site nobody pick the phone. Please help me to get my degree and i had got only provisional certificate.
