I had received the HikVision 5MP Complete Set, and the item was delivered on 3rd March 2025, the technician came to set up the cameras on 7th March 2025 and found out that the hard disk provided with this camera set is not working and showing that the free space available in the HDD is 0GB. On noticing this, Industry buying was contacted and they had raised a ticket and they refused to give a replacement saying that its a BRANDED item and they do not provide replacement and that I have to go the service center to get it repaired. Whereas i insisted that I bought the item from INDUSTRY BUYING and they are responsible for the replacement and its not the customer who should run around for the repair of the product.
Later Industry buying team said to get a written confirmation from the BRAND that they will not repair the item and I spoke to HIKVISION and also sent them mails and HIKVISION confirmed that the camera does not belong to their brand and that INDUSTRY BUYING are responsible for the repair / replacement of the item.
Since then I have been trying to get in touch with INDUSTRY BUYING TEAM but they are not replying to my mail nor are they answering my phone calls.
