I had purchased this product on 24th Sept 21 from Amazon .Initially it worked fine, but within three months product started giving noise, I overlooked the noise since I was using it sparingly . However it stopped totally in first week of Sept, I did not bothered to complain immediately since it had a warranty of 18 months ( 1year + 6 months on registration, with I did -by calling toll free number on 28/09/2021), when I lodged the complaint company is denying me the warranty claiming I did not register the product with them, even after producing call records they are flatly refusing the warranty, this is pure cheating ! firstly - their product is third rate to stop functioning within one year, second - they do not have the courtesy to honour their warranty . Seems use and through products like chinese.
No use of customer care. If you call them they will reply after a week or month. Fed-up on their product and serivces.
