Since the malfunction, I have attempted to seek assistance and request spare parts for the repair. Regrettably, it has been over a month, and there has been no response to my numerous phone calls. Company(Ibell) representatives have either turned off their phones or refused to answer my calls. I have also tried reaching out through WhatsApp without any success.
I was informed that the spares are out of stock, leaving me in a state of inconvenience and frustration. As a resolution to this issue, I kindly request either a full refund of my purchase or the immediate repair and servicing of the induction stove. It is essential that this matter is addressed promptly, as I have been without a working stove for an extended period.
