I was informed that the spares are out of stock, leaving me in a state of inconvenience and frustration. As a resolution to this issue, I kindly request either a full refund of my purchase or the immediate repair and servicing of the induction stove. It is essential that this matter is addressed promptly, as I have been without a working stove for an extended period.
