Ibell — Induction stove service not responding

The induction stove stopped working within 8 months of buying and it's more than a month they have not sent any spares or don't respond to the mobile calls.
They say they don't have the stock for the spares and we are suffering from this.
They are either switch off the number or they won't pick up the call.
They're not responding through WhatsApp also.
