I have the same kind of issue with Auxus Note 5.5.. I purchased the phone from eBay in Dec 2014, i worked good for 5 months and in May 2015, the mobile will show the logo and then it will restart.. i contacted the authorized service center in Salem, Tamilnadu.. they said the motherboard is fine, could be a battery or a firmware issue... i then contacted the support over the phone.. they said, they are sending a firmware to update.. i tried that and it didn't work and it was the same issue again...called the cx care again, they asked me to change the battery, i searched for the battery online to purchase one, but i was not able to find any online store, which sells the battery..saddest thing i searched for the battery in iBerry website and they also did not had the battery... i called the support again...they said they do not have the battery in stock, and will update us as soon as they get the stock...and i took nearly a month for them to send me a replace teh battery... i purchased the new battery and tried to use it in my phone...issue did not resolve.. i called the support again.. they asked me to send the phone to their service center in chennai...i did and now it's nearly a month and still i'm not getting an update.. when called they say they do not have the spare parts and they will update within the next 10-15 days...so pathetic support and service... I'm not sure when they are releasing any product if they do not have the spares properly... Was this information helpful? |
