    It was purchased by ebay in nov.2014 & was automatically dead within a period of a year. I had tried to repair by many skilled technicians but the handset was not restart/on.
    I registered my complaint /grievances so many times but still date no any action has been taken to solve ny complaint nor any single reply or replacement has been given to me.

      I had ordered battery for iberry's auxus note 5.5 on 19sep2017, order no 22482. Due to out of stock, iberry's executive called me and told that battery is out of stock and your money will be refunded soon.

      I am surprised that, even after near to three months from the date of order, money is not refunded to my original mode of payment which was credit card.

      Kindly help in getting my issue resolved and action against this company.

        I have purchased iberry axsus p8000 from ebay on 15.07.2016 the imei no of phone is [protected] and [protected] and serial no is mt6753 which is written on battery now my phone is not working i have shown it to various servioce centres but all in vain now i want to get it repaired from authorised service center of axsus phones but i am unable to locate any in my state please help me.

          I purchased the device iberry auxus nuclea n2 in 2014. Since that time i am facing many problems. 1) to start with the biggest one is the false battery specs provided by the company. The company claims it to be 3500 mah but various apps show it to be not more than 1200mah. I had complained this in 2014 but no resolution has been provided. After the warranty ended in just 2 months the battery inflated and burst. Thus i purchased a new battery in 2016 and faced the same problem. So i complained within the warranty period but till date the company hasn't taken any action. They ask me to send the device to chennai and bear the postal charges rather than initiating a pickup or refunding the postal charges. 2) the company claimed in 2014 that there will be free ota upgrade to android kitkat within months but till date nothing as such has happened. Not even a single ota upgrade or security update was given. 3) within months of purchase the charger as well as the mobile charging port stopped working. So i had to purchase a wireless charger rather than the company being its duty to change the port or repair it being within warranty.
          I would want a resolution as soon as possible as i am fed up of making calls and writing emails to the company.

          The company claims that the battery is 3500 mah but according to various apps it is not more than 1200mah. I complained about this within the warranty period but till date the company hasn't done anything. After the warranty ended the battery inflated and burst. I purchased a new battery. It also had drainage issues. I complained within warranty but the company asked me to send the product to chennai and bear the postal charges rather than initiating a pickup or refunding the postal charge. The company has not given even a single fota upgrade to kitkat as promised which was to be sent in 2014 nor any security update. The charger and the charging port of the device stopped working within a few months and despite being under warranty nothing was done. Thus i had to purchase a wireless charger.

            Battery is weak, I have to charged twice a day full charge working 6 to 8 hours only some times less than 6 hours

              I had purchased Auxus Aura A1 in Nov, 2014 through ebay. Without any reason or damage, surprisingly it was dead . I have gone through each and every reputed Mobile Repairs Shop, mechanics says that Mother Board of the said hand is not working and therefore the Auxus Aura A1 mobile handset is Dead.
              I want to replacement my Auxus Aura A1 mobile phone. If there is not availability of Auxus Aura A1 mobile handset, then please get repair my Auxus Aura A1 Mobile handset.

              The Auxus Aura A1 Mobile handset was stopped working in August, 2015.
              My phone doesn't work it's always with a blank screen I charged it then also it's not working now what should I do I want the phone to work please try to resolve the problem and come to pick up the phone and repair it as soon as possible and send it to me please try to put it on I want it Woking
              I need a battery for auxus beast. The battery is swollen and badly I need a battery. Thanks. Tell me the price of the battery and mode of payment. There is no other complaint in the unit. Without battery the phone remaining s idle.

                EBay seller diggital_estore is selling defective iberry auxus products and when I told to return it they say we are not taking it back I am facing many problems with the I want my money back . the phone is not working getting hot very fast battery told 3000mah and giving only 1000 mah and other issues also with the phone the seller is selling fake products to the people and selling it for a high cost

                  Please help me I am tushar ghai of bilaspur c.g.                     I had purchased a Mobile from iberry during August 2015.
                    Mobile Model : AUXUS Note 5.5
                    Mc. Sl. No. : NT[protected]
                    with IMEI No. 1 : [protected]
                    IMEI No. 2 : [protected]
                    Also I had purchased one extra battery for the same in the same month.
                    The original battery which came with Mobile lasted for eight months. Then it started swelling and the Mobile used to get heated up fast and hence I have to replace with the second battery in May 2016. And in November 2016 the second battery also started swelling. When I contacted iBerry customer care, they said battery for AUXUS Note 5.5 is out of stock and will be available in a month. But since then I have been calling up to their customer support people and inquiring regarding the battery.
                    And today they have crossed all limits. The representative says this mobile is discontinued and they cannot supply any battery now.
                    This means we have to throw down in dustbin a Mobile purchased in Mid 2015 which costs us nearly 16000/-.
                    I need the battery badly.
                    Is some one listening. Then please drag this iBerry India company to consumer court / Consumer Forum.

                      I have purchased iberry auxus mobile on ebay. I got the product with defective accessories, I opted for return of the product but they did not take and said they are under warranty so get it repaired in service center.

                      Now I had some display issue with the phone, i have given to iberry authorized
                      service center in hyderabad on Ist October 2016. They said there is some motherboard problem so we ll send mobile to company and get it repaired since it is under warranty. Till date I did not get any update from them(28 days completed) so i called customer care regarding the same now they say the product is damaged so we can't offer warranty we ll proceed further if you pay money only.

                      Can you please help me out ...

                        Kindly refer the ticket and go thro the complaint and help me how to come out of this.

                        I can assure you that the pic which you have sent is not related to my mobile. Dont cheat people like this. After done restore factory settings my mobile display is not working. There no physical damage in my mobile. If is there any physical damage while giving to your authorized service center person will come to know then they should inform us then & there its self. This physical damage as done from service center person. Not to send any pics which is even not related to my mobile. So please give proper resolution.

                        Note: in your pics mobile is having back panel but i didnt gave back panel. Your pics are faked.

So i request service center nd even call to toll free number of company to provide me battery but till now they didnt provide me battery as they always use to speaks they will give in 15 days but almost 3 mionth passes battery is out of stock. Please tell me how company is selling this mobile still now in snapdeal if spare is not available. Sir please take action on this fraud company as this is selling on snapdeal but still cant provide me battery. Under i have attached the screenshot for showing still snapdeal is selling the phones nd this company speaks they have not battery.

                                Sir, I had bought an iberry india Auxu Beast mobile online from Snapdeal. After using it for a few months the battery started swelling and then within a short time it swelled up so much that it's back cover came off and refused to set again. I complained to iberry but they told me that it was because of improper charging although I know fully well how to charge a smartphone. I then purchased a new battery from their e-store for Rs. 990.00. The new battery also started swelling again and this time too the back cover came off making it impossible to fit it back again. I complained to iberry again about the faulty battery/phone but this time too they gave the same answer that I did not charge my smartphone properly although I have four smartphones used by my family. Till date they have remained silent and have neither replaced the smartphone or the faulty battery. I do not know what is actually the fault whether it is the smartphone or its battery. Kindly intervene and let me know. Thanking you.

                                The mobile overheating beyond holding point also drains battery fast. Sometime misbehaves as well. Phone also could not be held in VR. Pls advise.

I am well educated from it back gourd. I know the basic that we should not tamper new mobile phone & if we tamper we cannot claim warranty. Before i received ur mail about tampering the mobile phone i have informed ur executive that ur (Technician) tampered my mobile phone battery & damaged back panel while replacing finger print sensor.                                   Before confirming i need some clarifications regarding ur resolutions:

                                  Mobile getting more heating can able to hearing. (Unresolved: its not visible in ur latest video clipping)

                                  Finger print sensor not working. (Resolved: as i checked u have confirmed that finger print sensor is working)

                                  Am worried that i have purchased mobile phone or micro woven. If am on call/using any app for 2 mins mobile is getting over heated. Moreover mobile sim1 slot is loose. Awaiting for your permanent resolution. I have raised many issues before it took long time to resolve even it was not my fault.
