Iberry Auxus — Item Still not Received

I have booked a mobile Auxus Aura A1 on 18.10.2014 thru' Ebay and the payment was done thru Paisa Pay. I am furnishing my purchase details: Paisa Pay ID : [protected] Item : Auxus Aura A1 Booked on 18.10.2014 I have tried contacting all the customer care numbers of ebay, iberry & digital eStore, Chennai (Local Seller) but i have not received positive feed back from any of the above. A refund has also been initiated with Ebay on 04.11.2014, but that refund activity has also been put on hold without any reason. I request the concerned person to register this complaint and take suitable action immediately since my payment has been debited 20 days back.
