Iberry India — Unavailability of spares just after 1year

Dear sir, i had purchased ibery auxus Nuclea N2(2014 Flagship Phone of Iberry Comapany) with 19000 and aditional battery with 500 and a flip cover with 2000 the battery capacity which they stated 3500 mah was not even last 5 hours but still i have managed it but my fate i lost both the battery's startd swollen i thought they will burst off so i check there website from 2 months they simple says out of stock and This product is currently not available. please wait for 2 to three weeks since two months 2014 mobie phone not have a battey on 2015 what was the use to buy a 19 thousand mobile waste of my money and time please take the action on them . ref link : http://shop.iberry.asia/index.php?page=shop.product_details&category_id=30&flypa...⇄
