[Resolved]  Iberry — phone not working

Sir, I purchased iberry auxus nuclea x mobile at eBay on 9th may, and I got this mobile on 23rd may, when I open the mobile I found some applications in this mobile are not working properly and rear camera also not working. I contact the eBay seller regarding this issue they said this is a software problem, please re-install firmware, I did what they said but my problems are not resolved. I asked them for refund and I didn’t use that mobile from that day and I never make a call from that mobile, I packed that mobile and I kept it a side. They didn’t respond positively when I made calls they are trying to convenience me this is software issue please contact your nearest service center. Then I asked for refund amount but they didn’t accept. After that I contact iberry service center on phone, they advise me this is a software issue please re-install the firmware. I re-installed firmware many times. When I re-install firmware then it will work properly, but if you reset the factory data resetting, then all problems will come back. Rear camera, gesture touch and some applications are not working. I tested this phone three times always same things happened. 18th June I visit my nearest iberry service center at Ongole. That service center executive also said this is a software issue if we re-install firmware then it will work properly, I told him I tried many times but it is not working. But he suggests that again and I accept for that and he taken mobile to re-install mobile. Next day I met that service center to receive that mobile and I found the same problems again. Then the service center executive accepts it is not software issue, I will send it to Delhi to resolve the problems, and he gave me the work order sheet. 19th June he sent it to Delhi and 5th July they send me message as your phone is ready, again I visit that service center again I found the same problems. Service center executive return this set again to Delhi. This is the work order number RVSRN1406VMO00015. Today I got mail reply from iberry, they said they are pending this mobile for required spare parts.
