I have purchased Iberry Auxus Nuclea N2 in ebay and the poor company has no battery for this model which is not being available in their website and the product is in warranty but for battery it is only 6 months so i could not claim warranty for the battery. but when i try to purchase the battery it is out of stock for more than 2 weeks. Don't ever think to buy Iberry products, They don't have service centers. all the listed service center are just collection center and most of these collection center will try their best to not accept iberry product for service, I faced it. If you don't believe please do a cross check, just visit any service center listed in iberry support site and ask how much time they take to service Iberry phone, Please try it once before any purchase...

I have bought Auxus Note 5.5 on 12-Oct-14 & got delivered on 16-Oct-14. As the handset received has Signal strength issue & SIM1 slot not working. I have raised a repair or replacement on 17-Oct-14. i bought a tablet pc called iberry bt-07..from ebay..its very bad product...some wholesaler based on chennai is importing some cheap chineese tablet and selling it with sticker iberrry...there is no such company...its not at all safe to use battery is getting tooo hoot..really fear it may explode.....
