[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — 30kg check in baggage is not added | |||
Hi sir, This is ramanan s from chennai. Comming 1st aug 17 im going to sharjah. Im book the ticket by goibibo. By my mistake im not clearly cheking in procedure. After the ticket booking i know check in baggage 30kg is not added. After that i raised the compliant and pay the additional rs.200 rupee. Then he (Customer person) say within 24hrs your compliant to be solved. My compliant tracking no[protected]. Im requsting to you kindly solve the issue very soon pls.
