[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — about booking of a train tickets | |||
Payment has done rs.1940 on 9th jan2020 to goibibo for booking two train tickets, but payment has done but booking is not confirmed yet, please confirm the bookings or else cancel the bookings and refund my money immediately. And everytime in goibibo help desk it saying that within 30 minutes booking will be confirmed, but it was not confirmed yet.in goibibo app trips it is not showing about any details of my booking. Please make these correction s immediately. I want immediate reply or immediate action in your behaviour towards your customer.
