Ibibo Group / Goibibo — About my refund amount | |||
I had booked a flight in 2020(Feb), but due to this pandemic the flight got cancelled and they have credited my money in goibibo wallet in apr 2021, where I could use that money. There's an option withdrawal to bank account nd I have done that on apr 16 2021, where they didn't ask my account details r anything else and when I am done with that I just got a msg like withdrawn to bank, I don't know to whom they have withdrawn . So created a reimbursement request on apr 16, but till now I use to get like "we r on working it".l tried calling them many times, but there's no option of talking with them and the same gets repeated like we have created request. All of my friends, who have booked flight in some other Online travel booking brands have received their refund amount directly to their bank account. I really fed up with these guys.They Atleast don't respond to the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
